Product overview:
JYK MB-AM PP antimicrobial masterbatch is a kind of antimicrobial masterbatch which is fully dispersed and processed by the antibacterial agent with good antibacterial properties and PP slices. When it is blended with PPE slices, polypropylene fiber with good antibacterial properties can be produced. It can also be used to produce ES fibers with PE components in the skin core spinning process, which is used to produce hot air non-woven fabrics, and is widely used in the production of sanitary materials.
Product character:
1. The color of this product is lighter, which has less impact on the color and appearance of the produced polypropylene fiber/yarn or ES fiber;
2. In the whole spinning cycle process, it is not easy to plug the spinning component, which can improve product quality and production rate;
3. The addition amount is low, Adding 1.5-2% (weight ratio to fiber) can achieve good antibacterial performance;
4.The antibacterial properties of the fiber and even the finished product have excellent washable resistance;
5. Can be used for melt-blown or spunbonded non-woven fabric production;
6. The antimicrobial polyethylene fiber or ES fiber produced can still achieve good antimicrobial properties when used at a ratio of 20-30% (weight ratio to fiber).

Precautions:
1. In the production of ES fiber, the proportion of antibacterial masterbatch in the polypropylene core layer can reach 1.5-2.0%, so that the antibacterial cost of the whole ES fiber will be greatly reduced;
2. According to the different needs of melt-blown or spunbonded non-woven fabrics, polypropylene raw materials with different MI (melt index) can be used for granulation, in order to match with melt-blown or spunbonded non-woven polypropylene raw materials.
Storage
